We work with governments, political parties, international organizations, NGOs, the Media and groups of women, to help develop a culture where both women and men can develop their full potential as leaders in politics and public life.
As well as advising and developing plans of action for Governments and organizations, we organise and run training programmes and workshops of future women leaders throughout the world.
Activities are tailored specifically to local host country needs. Where possible (as in Romania, Nigeria etc), we help form indigenous, self-standing 50/50 Groups in nations where women have not yet reached at least 50% of local and national government.

Project Parity and its partner organization will continue to conduct workshops in the emerging democracies of Central and Eastern Europe under the PHARE Democracy Programme, sponsored by DG 1a of the European Commission.
Over the next few months Eyecatcher Associates plan to extend its consultancy and training programmes to the South Pacific, South Africa, East Africa, and former Yugoslavia.

Our aim is to help large numbers of women of any democratic persuasion get elected to the legislatures of every nation in the world. We believe far more women in senior political and public office will achieve progress with stability, bringing in the perceptions, knowledge, intelligence, experience, judgement and outlook of 51% of the world´s population.
