| Below, the main characters in the PBEM is presented accompanied by a short exerpt of their background in order to get a feel for who they are. |
|
Peter Merrell
|
What you first notice about Peter is his size. He is about 6ft 5in
tall and of massive build. Ruffled sand colored hair frames a friendly
face and contrasts to the healthy tan of a man who works outdoors.
Peter is the older brother of Stephen Merrell, is 30 years old and works
as a lumber jack.
He is a man who likes country music and Harley Davidson motorcycles and dislikes dancing. Peter gives the impression of being a man to be trusted and always helps his friends if they need him.
A man of his size needs much energy, or so he claims. Eating is
something Peter does much and often. You always seem to catch him in the
act of eating something.

Stephen Merrell
|
Stephen is a small, slender, spectacled young man in his
mid-twenties with delicate features, yellow hair, pale blue eyes and a soft voice.
As a big Cubs fan he tries to go to at least a few games every year. He can be really offended if he is not trusted, whether it is to do something or being called a liar. Stephen is a guy who always tries to help people and that sometimes too much. Stephen is a also a heavy coffee drinker.
He is a medical student and lives in the attic of the
school's research building as a next door neighbour to Samuel O'Connell.

Samuel O'Connell
|
Samuel has black hair and blue eyes. His features
give the impression of great knowledge but his tired eyes tell that the
knowledge didn't come for free. His intense work has caused him to look
somewhat older than his 38 years of age.
Being an archaeologist professor, Samuel is fond of old things and is always interested in aquiring an old trinket if it comes accompanied with a good story which tells something about the item. Something that can frustrate the professor is when someone do not do their best. He has flunked more than one student for laziness, although he didn't give that as the direct cause. He can be really preoccupied with his work and forget about most other things. If he finds someone that shows interest in what he is doing he is more than happy to explain things to him/her. Bacause of many late nights in the lab, Samuel has come to be a late sleeper, and it is not unusual for him to wake up in the middle of the day. |
