LOST IN HELL
Written by Magnus Florin

Well, what is this then? Have you all heard Accept and Crimson Glory, the old metal acts that really have some true metal quality. Seasons of the Wolf are big fans of this music, I tell you. I'm sorry to say though that the band don't match the quality of neither Accept or Crimson Glory. The vocalist sounds sort of like a mix of Udo Dirkschneider and Midnight, but also with some death/black influences. The guitars are heavily riffed and tugged, but when I look at the pictures of the band I noticed that the guitars used are Gibson Flying V's, and with that in mind I get really disappointed at the sound production. Since' the V's are really the best guitars in the world, concerning metal like this, the demand should be higher.

The strangest thing is that the band call their music progressive metal, since they are listed on the Internet as it, and they sent the CD to TDE. They mention some influences from Pink Floyd, but that's all I guess. This is noticed in some keyboard intros, but not more. If you like real metal, and I mean really real metal, then this might be something for you, but proggers maybe should go and look at something else.
