When I heard that Kansas was to do an album along with a symphonic Orchestra I could only imagine how good it was gonna be. And it was, even better. On this album old classics such as "The Wall", "Hold On" and "Cheyenne Anthem" are performed with a power and dynamic of the London Symhoic Orchestra. In the foreground is Kansas. Steve Walsh, huskier than ever, Phil Ehart, Billy Greer, Rich Williams and on violin, Robbie Steinhardt. Kansas had that mighty-feel before, and have always, but now they've showed us another dimension of progressive rock. The introducing cover of "Eleanor Rigby" by Beatles was indeed a good move from Kansas. A song that fit into the repertoire very well. There are some new songs, that are really good and show that Kansas still can write, but the coolest thing on the album are track 3 and 10. These are performed only by the orchestra and are intros to the other songs. But it's not just any music. The theme is, of course, Kansas. The ones who knows his Kansas can spot some other parts of songs such as Point of Know Return and more.

Man, Kansas are just too good.
