Trouble shooting

If you don't hear any sound or melodies when you open the HTML file, then the most likely causes are:

1) Not all browsers are able to play background sounds. At this stage, only MS Internet Explorer supports background sounds.

2) Your computer or browser is not setup to play sound files. Please read the documentation that came with your hardware and browser about setting up to play sound files. Alternatively, contact your hardware or browser supplier to arrange their assistance. Please do not send any e-mail questions regarding inability to hear the Background Sounds as we are unable to support any hardware or setup problems. E-mails relating to this will not be answered.

3) Some of the files are damaged or corrupted.
