This document desribes the latest versions of UMlyListView.

Bug fixes in TMlyListHeaderView

• Fixed failure when clicking in the rightmost part of the header view.

• Highlightning now redraws correctly when deselecting columns.
• Added missing call to Success().
• Fixed invalidation bug when adding objects at the bottom of a list view.

• The UMlyListView.cp file was getting too big, so the UContentAccessor unit was created and the appropriate classes moved there.
• The InitUMlyListView() function was removed, you will have to do your own MA_REGISTER_CLASS() for list view and header view.

• The default date format for CContentFormat is now kCenturyShortDate (was kShortDate).

• Most methods in CContentAccessor were changed to const. You must change the declarations of the overrides in your subclasses, or you will get compiler warnings and link errors.

• Selected column gray is now drawn in header view. It is also used as feedback when selecting/deselecting columns.

• The constants kSelectNext, kUpdateSize, kSortObjects and kSimpleTextCreator which were defined outside TMlyListView have been moved within the class interface. If you were referring to these constants outside the class definition, you must now add TMlyListView:: to your refererences.
• TMlyListView now uses the gAGARamp RGBColor array for its grayscale appearance and the AGADisclosureTriangle class for hierarchical objects. This means that you must have GCCore.cpp and GCNewControls.cpp in your project. The methods GetGrayBackgroundIndex() & GetGraySelectedColumnIndex() can be overridden if other shades of gray are desired.
• The cover super view option has been expanded to allow references to super views other than the immediate super view.
• When clicking in list view outside any object, all selected objects are deselected unless shift or command key is pressed.

• Added data member content accessor classes. See UMlyListView Guide for the details.

• Added kBulletBoolean and kCheckMarkBoolean to CContentFormat::EBooleanFormat. Note that the check mark character isn't present in all fonts, maybe should add a kSquareRootBoolean?
• Added kSwedishShortDate to CContentFormat::EDateFormat. This format was needed by UBloodHound but will not be shown to user in column menu.
• Added string to data methods to CContentFormat. These were needed by UBloodHoundView, but will also be needed by the modifiable list view.
• Added some methods to CContentFormat for the relative day specification that is used by UBloodHound.

• Added virtual data access methods that can be overridden as an alternative to overriding FormatData() and CompareData(). See UMlyListView Guide for the details.

• Added CChooseValueDialog, a simple utility class for choosing a string value. Used by UBloodHoundView when popups are inappropriate.

• Added GetTextStyle() and SetTextStyle() in order to let the header view have an other text style than the list view.

• Added GiveObjectReferenceList() which is a convenient way of getting a list of all objects in a list view.
• Added InvalidateObjectList() which should be called if possible rather than several calls to InvalidateObject().
• Added SetDoubleClckDismisser() which lets you specify a way to dismiss a dialog by double-clicking on an object in the list view.
• Selected column gray is now drawn from top to bottom of view.
