Put up another server, which the race server sends all race information to. With a special viewer anyone in the world can connect to this spectator server and view the race on their own computer. The viewer could be a mini-version of the simulator preferbly downloadable from the net at no charge. The only information sent to the viewer from the spectator server is car positions and race info. The viewer could work very much as any current replay viewer in current racing sims, thus the race can be viewed from any camera angle and there could even be an incident mode which shifts camera to show any occuring incident. To save the race as a replay should of course also be possible.
