On this page we want to
We and many with us believe that the Internet trade will grow like wildfire. A 'small' problem at the moment is 'safe / secure payments'. If you give out your credit card number you run the risk of being debited for things that you have not bought. A dishonest person could have got your credit card number and is using it. Many Internet purchases are made today with credit cards and without any problem so the problem should not be exaggerated. But the person affected probably does not think the problem can be exaggerated.
The biggest advantage with the Internet trade is that you can buy 'anything' from all over the world. For you as a buyer this means lower costs and a bigger choice.
The disadvantage is, just as for mail order, that you not before payment can look at the goods (in real life), feel it and try it out. If the color on the picture does not correspond with the item you can be dissatisfied. If the clothes or shoes do not fit you will have to change, etc. When selling to another country the language problems are added. Even if the words get correctly translated perhaps they have another shade of meaning than they were supposed to have. (One of our suppliers is in the Lappish territory, very far up in Sweden. And his items come from the Lappish society. Some of the items are only made in this Polar Circle land. The raw material some of the items are made of are somewhat unique to this part of the world. And the way some of the items are made are also very special. As a result of all this the translation has to and fro been somewhat tricky.)
Internet trade must because of the disadvantages,
just as mail order trade, build on confidence, the customer's confidence
in those running the internet shop. Because of that customer satisfaction
must be one of the highest priority goals. "No" customer can be allowed
to be dissatisfied after a purchase.

How to get satisfied customers
A little anecdote may begin this part:
We have the ambition that about 3 weeks after delivery to a customer ask if he/she is satisfied. And we would like to do that in a structured way so that new coming buyers should be able to see previous customers' opinions. E.g. you can ask the customer that on a scale from 1 to 5, where 5 means 'very satisfied' and 1 means 'very dissatisfied', give his/her opinion of e.g.:
The comments we get from our customers can also be of interest to those
who are interested in shopping but yet have not done it. These comments
can be shown below. No comments will be shown without the customers acceptance.
| 5= very satisfied | 4= satisfied | 3= neither/nor | 2= dissatisfied | 1= very dissatisfied | |
