WINE The oldest traces of wine leads us to the mediterranian sea, and today wine is being manufactured in almost all countries with a suitable climate, the largest wine producers in the world is Italia, France and Spain. Wine is divided in two groups, white wines and red wines. The wine is produced with drews, wich is often harvested between september and november. The drews get mashed and the liquid pours out and ferments. Higher halt of sugar in the drews means higher halt of alcohol in the wine. The color of the wine has almost nothing to do with the color of the wine, but red wines can only be produced with blue drews, becuase of a material in their shells. The most intense fermention is during the first 10 to 14 days, then it gets calmer during the following months. The quality of a wine messures partly by the time it has been stored. The finer wines is being sold with the amount of years they have been stored on the bottle, like a guarantee for the customer. Wine should be stored in a dark cellar, with a stable temperature on 13 degrees. There are no written laws about wich wines you should serve with different food. But red wine is usually served with meet, and white wine with fish. If you prefer to manufacture your own wine, it's allowed as long as you don't use any flowers, and only uses it for your own purposes. If you are really hungry for some wine some night, there are metods dor producing fast wine, where you only adds water and sugar to a prefermented liquid. The taste however, can not compare to a fine bottle of champagne.
