The object is to buy goods in different harbors and sell them in London or New York to make the best profit, and buy & sell currency to be able to buy 3 ships (one in each different classement). Winner is the player with the most money when one player reaches Göteborg with all 3 ships (after completed journeys)
This game has been made in many editions, my set is old and is of course called "Nya Wangaratta". Gameplay is rather long but there are a lot of decisions to make: Go through Suez or Panama, rent a truck, making currency affairs, move the hurricane or just hope your ships will survive the journeys. There are telegrams that can be good or bad for you or all players.
