Stillen PCV Race Upgrade

This kit is designed to eliminate the oil consumption problem caused by oil collecting in the cam covers and then being drawn into the intake manifold through the PCV system. This condition only occurs under race, slalom or autocross conditions and this kit is not required for the average street car.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Remove the restrictors from hoses. These restrictors are installed in the 14mm hose between the PCV valve on the intake manifold and the "T".
Route and cut the 14mm hose using the attached diagram. Position the "T" on about the same plane fore and aft of the PCV valve. Position the "T" higher than the PCV valve.
The check valve is inserted in the 14mm hose approximately 6" from where it attaches to the intake air tube. Position the valve with the larger diameter hose barb towards the intake air tube. Secure the check valve in the hose with the hose clamp.
Cover the vents on the rear of the left hand cam cover with the caps.
