The winter of the first months of 2003 offered cold weather which made skating possible.

We also made a trip to the mountainous area of Sälen together with our friends Agneta and Gunnar Aglund and their children Simon and Anna.

During Whitsun (Pingst) we visited Per's parents summer house on the west coast together with the Hanås family. Jenny and Matilda went crab fishing.

The traditional garden party at the Nedar's is also known as "Knott-race" because of the host family's "pets" (black flies in thousands!!) .

When travelling from Anne's mothers summer house south of Sundsvall to Trollhättan, we visited Nusnäs. This is the place where the original Dala horse is made.

Expecting...

Anne's growing belly and our curiosity regarding who was hiding inside was accompanying all our activities during the year.

Johan was really worried when he came up to the dinner table at Skogshyddan, Gärdhem. Matilda fell down from a tree when climbing. She ended up with her arm in a plaster bandage and a bruised forehead.

Karin was born.

Matilda out kite flying together with the son of our neighbours.

Per's grandfather died during the fall at an age of 90 years. He had lived a long life and deserved to leave this life. The burial made it possible to meet Per's cousins who live in the Netherlands and Israel.
