The 1996 Equalizer Trophy was autumn tournament premier. The Trophy (handmade by Henrik from wood, an old range ball, a peg and a beer can) marked the end of the golf season for most of us.
This year we played in Uppsala and Vassunda, a massive 54 holes in less than 36 hours. We all decided after that to never play more than 36 holes in any tournament from now on, there was simply not enough energy left for drinking beer, playing cards and hanging out.
This tournament ended up a tied game between Rickard and Henrik and after a terrible hook by Rickard on dividing hole number 3, Henrik could safely parade down the fairway, soon picking up the Trophy for the first time.
