"Enjoy" and "Headphones" were both composed on a pocket-sized Yamaha QY20 by Tricky and Björk in a hotel-room in Iceland. Tricky escaped to Iceland together with Björk during the release of his amazing solo-debut "Maxinquaye". The record-company wanted "Enjoy" to be released as the second single of "Post", but Björk chose not to release it at all. A 2000 copies limited 12" single containing a remix of this track was released at the end of 1996, though. Björk has claimed "Enjoy" describes Björk and Tricky's relationship quite well.
