Björk "Big time
sensuality"
Just like the "Venus as a boy"-single this single contains (except from the title track) some techno-remixes and two non-LP-tracks that sounds like Icelandic folk-songs but this one's much better. The first non-LP-track, "Sídasta Ég" is a really beautiful tune where Björk is singing along to an acoustic guitar in her own beautiful native language with a melody that would have made any album. The second one is called "Glóra" and in that one Björk is playing the flute instead of singing. Well, though she's much better at singing than playing the flute it's an interesting track. Black Dog's "Come to me"-remix is an OK ambient-remix but it will probably only make a pure techno-freak spellbound. Fluke's "Big time sensuality"-remix, on the other hand is not just the best track on this single, it's one of the most grateful works someone has ever made with just a synthesizer. It starts off like an ambient-track but soon it breaks out into an inferno of grateful synthesized noises together with Björk's voice. Just that one and "Sídasta Ég" is reason far enough to buy a whole album.
