Germany declares war on Czechoslovakia, and German troops assault and take both Prague and Bratislava without losses.

In a blitzkrieg counter-attack, Czechoslovakian troops force two German corps to retreat and overrun a German Me-109 fighter group, killing the pilots. Germany decides to scrap that model of airplane, it obviously not being up to the vagaries of modern warfare.

As the fall of Czechoslovakia comes ever closer, Czechoslovakian troops counter-attack again, but the Germans retreat, taking no further losses.

France loses political face, as she has left her ally Czechoslovakia without help.

Germany declares war on Poland and destroys three screening Polish infantry corps on the way towards Lodz and Warsaw. The Polish destroyer fleet is forced to scuttle as German troops overrun all the Polish harbors.

German troops, in succession, assault and take Lodz and Warsaw, incurring no losses.
