Interlagos...
...hosted it's first race May 12 1940. the old circuit was modified and shortened from 7,960 km to 4,325 km to host the Brazilian GP in 1990. The Jacarepagua circuit hosted the GP 1978 and the years 1981-1989. Interlagos 1972-1977 and 1979 & 1980. There was a small change at the circuit (Pit-exit) for the 1997 GP.
Two long straits and sweeping corners makes Interlagos to a low down-force circuit, but it's a couple of slow corners with good overtaking possibilities as well.
