Electronics?

As far as I know electronics don't make noise.
The night before the race (Spanish GP) I sleept like a prince, I felt ten years youngers and was in seventh heven due to my 5th place on the grid.
I looked forward to the start and a good result. And then the large disappointment - again a failure in good position!
I was so depressed the fact that I thanked the mechanics briefly at the boxes for its mad work.

I drove immediately to my family to Avignon. I wanted to talk with nobody.
The transmission! It will probably provide with us still for a long time for discussion material!
Now I experienced however from blick magazine that the electronics at my separating should be debt.
There I have so my easy doubts. Because the electronics does not make noise. And as I behind Trulli to attack blew, from first into the second gear switched, frightened me a dreadful noise. I tried still to come into the third gear - then was everything past. I unrolled.
On Wednesday when the testing beginns at Monza I must talk with my engineers.
And still one must talk in Monza with me: Jarno Trulli. This Italian is for two years an annoyance for all. And this time it had to come calculated me into the traverse - and take off before me its blockade Show.
Yes, Trulli already drove to me when starting with the left rear wheel into my right front wheel! If I wouldn't have gived room, my race would have been over already in the first corner!
But we are pleased despite the large disappointmentthat our car became finally clearly faster.
1999 are probably the craziest season, which I experience. You can look bad with a good car - and be with a bad car well on the way.
The formula 1 is new each day, walks each day after improvements. You must much patience have and still more test. Performance and reliability - that is the key to success.
And many teams must accept easilythat they can never advance into the league of McLaren Mercedes and Ferrari.
In the end still another word over my future. One speculates already wildly. Fact is that my contract runs out with clean - and I so far still no supply have!
Also of clean not. A team, which received me 1998 in Hinwil like a family with open levers.
I will never forget that. No matter, in which formula-1-car I will sit 2000...
