| "It was a fantastic start,
although I am not too sure exatly what happened. I know I want it to happen again. Then,
on the first lap, I was surprised how hard Damon fought with me. The first time he went
pass me, at the Lesmo, I ran a little wide, but the second time at the Variante Ascari, he
pushed very hard, but not by doing any crazy things at all. After that, when the race has
settled down, I was in front of Michael, but I knew a lot would depend on the pit-stops.
Of course, I was disappointed to end up behind him but he was very fast. But since I was
6th on the grid at the start, I am very happy to finish second and to have been on the
podium for the eight time this season." |
