Superkart is  one of my largest interests in life, i have been racing in this class since 1994 and I´m really hooked.
Last season (1999) was tremendous for me with three wins and a third place in both the Swedish series and in the Nordic Championships. I had only been on the podium once before (third at Falkenberg in 1997) so this was the best season so far. Last season i had a -98 PvP kart with -93 Rotax engine. Actually the winnerkart at Spa in October -98. The only thing needed to be done on it is new paint and blueprinting the engine.

For this season I have bought a completely new Kart. It's a PvP 2000 with an engine from Bobo Westman, one of the best drivers and engine tuners in Europe. Me and Bobo have formed a team so we're having black karts topped of with some nice trimming. We're heading off the 2000 season with the race at Val De Vienne in France followed by the Nordic Championships in Denmark. After that the Swedish season starts and that is going to take a lot of effort so no races in Europe during that period. As a Grand Finale of the 2000 season we're planning to race the weekend double at Le Mans and Magny Cours in France in October.

Here's a good picture after the final at the Nordic Championships i Norway 1999. I'm halfway out of the Kart because of the heat emulating from the rear exhaust and the rear brakes. I also had two cracked (not broken) ribs that hurt me quite a lot and the tight chair didn't lessen my pains a bit ;-).

Here's some facts about me:

Age: 28, height: 173cm, weight: 70 kg, (too light but my training seems to have reversed effect). What i do when I'm not racing or tuning my Superkart. Most of my time is spent at Informix Software where I am Key Account Manager for the emerging markets in Sweden. Three to four times a week I'm a Spinning instructor att Sats Sports Club. Good for your health and great fun!!! The rest of my diminishing sparetime is spent in a nice pub or behind these pages...I also am the chairman of FKE, our drivers association, mostly doing promoting at conventions and raceweekends.
