Cecil Harvey

Cecil is the main character and he has been sent out by his king Baron to get the Crystal of Water from Mysidia. When he and his navy arrive with their airships, they kill two magicians and steal the crystal. After that, back in Baron he questions the king’s orders. The king doesn’t like that and dismisses Cecil from his post as captain of the Red Wings, Baron’s airship-fleet. The king then orders him to go to the village of Mist with a package, if he wants his leadership over the Red Wings back. The next morning he and his best friend Kain leaves Baron for Mist. When they arrive the package opens and burns up the village. After this little disaster Cecil promises to never go back to the evil Baron. As the game precedes Cecil understands that if he wants to be rid of the evil, he must change him self to a Paladin, and leave the black sword behind. Cecil is one of the best fighters in the game.
