Unfortunately, they currently can only send cheques to the British members. If you are joining from another country still join! They are keeping all joiners on file and the people they refer, so when they open their operations across Europe and in North America they can start paying you. The earlier you join the more referrals you can make and the more money you can earn.

They are initially going to set a limit of £20 per user per month, but this could increase depending on how successful they get.
