You get paid when you click on links. It's worth from $0.01 to $0.20 for each link, you can see how much each link is worth to click on. Their advertiser are growing so you have lot of paid links you can click on.
You get paid for referrals 4 levels down.

This program works worldwide.But they only sends checks to US and Candian customer for the moment.

This program looks good and has good support.

They have started to pay.
