The JISL-access card "a $5 gimmick" asked "Jilly International Services Ltd." or "JISL" to take on the management and administration of this world-wide concept. "JISL" studied the concept and came to the conclusion that in a concept of this type there will participants who will not be able to earn "great money" as shown in the matrix. A participant could even lose money. But because of the fact, that this concept is based on such a small amount ($5) it gladly agreed to offer the service. As a part of this service "JISL" will send the "JISL Access Card" to every participant that paid or earned at least one hundred American dollars for a yearly price of thirty five American dollars.
