Because of the Major reconstruction of the QFM web-site here´s some information about us:
We are right now broadcasting on 91,6 MHz everyday between 10:30 to 18:00 and on Fridays from 6:30 till
Dunday 24:00 every weekend. We´re located in Kristianstad and at this time we reach out to 150000 people
in the commune of Kristinastad.
The station is mainly for the youth. Our prime target is people between 14 and 35. We are arranging anit-drug
events with LIVE artists at least 4 times a year. We broadcast the concert and disco live on air and that gives
the artists excellent PR.
QFM (Quest FM) is mainly run by Gary Melling who´s from England. He started one of the biggest radiostations
in London, Kiss-FM and is now running QFM with the same concept: The right music, the right know how and a bit of luck.
The right music for us is R&B, Soul, Swing, HipHop, Acid Jazz, House, Garage. We call our concept Urban Dance.
Quality is the keyword. No commercial dance/pop/rock, just quality.
