Computer and democracy does it mix or not? Is the computer a new tool for the elite in our society to make it able for them to have control over the big majority? Then resistance against computers and computerizing mean that it will be a new tool, for the elite to manipulate the public. The elite sets the rules in debates and makes information available for the rest of the population on their terms.
