What will happened with our job in the future? Computers are moving in all kind of work. What are going to happen then the computers are installed? Will our job disappear or?

We can say that the life of the workers will be changed in one way or another because of the computerizing.

Computers can replace people from doing monotone and dangerous work that in the end have bad impact on the workers health. On the other side computers are introducing many new types of work for example, punch work at the computer. Punching are going to be a monotone work as well. Work damages on the personal will be noticed, shoulder problem, stress and back problems. Work at home is a new way of working, in the US it have became quite popular. In Sweden, authorities and company are moving some work from one part to other parts in Sweden, just because of the unemployment. They will have support from the government to do so.

Co- determination for workers will increase; big changes are going to take place in the next 10 years just because of computerizing in our society. A new law was introduced to the labour and employers in 1977. This law made it possible for union organizations to be informed before any larger changes will be taken placed.

Conflicts between different groups of workers have happened and will happen. The reason is that the borders between workers and their different job will disappear just because of the computer. The computer will be a instrument for border crossing activities.
