Datorisering och datapolitik, Mats Bäck, (1983) page (7-8 )
In this chapter, he discusses different way of looking at the computer. Different roles in the society have their own of dealing
with the computers benefit. Some think that the computer as an instrument to gain some
goals. For an example an industrial manager is more interested in how he or she can cut
cost for employees and increase the attraction for the companys product and service.
People who dont use the computer by their selves see it from another point of view.
For them it is a more like a society changing. Then the political parties have analyzed
the issue and their results are colored of their ideology, right or left on the political
scale. Union and employer organizations as opinion makers are important for the future.
