My name is taken from the fifth book, Memnoch the Devil, in the phenomenally successful Vampire Chronicles written by Anne Rice! Anne Rice was born in New Orleans 1941 and has also written numerous other books including three books in the Mayfair Witches sequence The Witching Hour, Lasher and Taltos. The Vampire Chronicles consist of five books: Interview with the Vampire, 1976 The Vampire Lestat, 1985 Queen of the Damned, 1988 The Tale of the Body Thief, 1992 Memnoch the Devil, 1995 The first book, Interview with the Vampire has also hit the cinemas starring Tom Cruise as and Brad Pitt in My role in the clan is Clan Leader.
