The Hellacopters
Look out for new Hellacopters CD in the stores named
''Dissapointment Blues'' !!!!!!!!
The Hellacopters remains of Nicke Hellacopter (lead vox, back guitar), Dregen Hellacopter (lead guitar, back vox) but he left the band in the 16th of May 98 but I write some things about him because I think he is cool, Kenny Hellacopter (bass) and Robert Hellacopter (drums, percussion). There is a guy instead of Dregen called Chuck Pouder and I think he plays with A-Bombs when he don't play with Hellacopters.
The Hellacopters were formed in november 1994. Nicke, Kenny and Robban comes from Stockholm and Dregen from Nässjö.
There influences are 70's rock n' roll, and bands such as "New York Dolls", "Kiss", "Motörhead" "Ramones" and "Sex Pistols".
There debut record was called "Killing Allan" and it was a EP or something like that, then they made a couple of other singles or EPs I don´t know the name of all them. In 1996 they relesed "Super shitty to the max" and in the end of 1997 they relesed the album "Payin´the Dues". In 1997 they got a Grammis award for the album "Super shitty to the max" for best hardrock band.
The Hellacopters release all their records on LP an CD, but they have released alot of vinyl 7" that you don't can buy on CD. And when you buy the LP there is a bonus track.
On the "super shitty to the max" album there is a song called "it´s too late" who is a New York Dolls cover and it´s only on the LP and that song is dame good. And on the "Payin' the Dues" album there is a song called "City Slang" and that song is also very good.

The coolest logo on earth.
Remember two things, The Hellacopters and Backyard Babies are the best Rock´n Roll bands in Sweden. And maybe in the world....
Don´t forget that!!!
