About this cover for "Last Sled to Dawson"

This cover has never been published in its entirity, for nowhere has this Don's favorite cover of his been published with the beautiful northern lights in the background left in. Don drew the scene as if the light in the picture came from behind - from a beautiful, dramatical sunset and with northern lights above, and all the shadows are in the very front of the picture to emphasize this: just look at Scrooge's coat and racoon hat! But the colorists ignored this and painted the sky blue...
