JAMMA RGB to European SCART
---------------------------
Note: This is only tested with Horizontal boards.

Here's how to jam together those RGB video signals produced by a 
JAMMA board, to a European SCART port.

The reward is good picture quality, instead of a fuzzy one
produced by an old and tired raster monitor.

Well, dig up your soldering iron and get to work.
