Vegetarian rainbowtårta

Ingredients:
3 halves Swedish sweetbread called Hönökaka
or other white, slightly sweeted bread
Butter, margarine or other spread
Salad:
3 dl whipped cream or sourcream
1 tblsp mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large tin fruitcocktail (no syrup)
2 chopped apples
2 slices pineapple, chopped
Garnish:
2 large tomatoes
1/2 fresh cucumber
100 gram red grapes
2 kiwifruits
2 radishes
1/2 lemon in slices
Instructions:
1. Slice the bread if not already sliced,
and cut the bread into smaller pieces. (serving-size)
This makes it easier to serve later on.
Spread butter or margarine over the slices
2. Whip the cream or use the sourcream, add mustard
and salt. Add the fruit.
3. Spread the fruitsalad between the breadslices
and some cream or sourcream on top
4. Slice the vegetables and the fruit, and garnish
like the in picture.
