Romantic tårta for two
2 servings
Ingredients:
4 slices white bread, length cut.
room tempered butter
Filling:
100 gram tuna (salad type)
1 tblsp finely chopped leeks
1 tblsp finely chopped apple
1 tblsp chopped dill
2 tblsp sourcream
2 tblsp mayonnaise
1 krm black pepper
Garnish:
10 cm sliced cucumber
250 gram shrimps (unshelled weight)
4 skivor smoked salmon
lettuce
slices of lemon
dill
Instructions:
1. Place the breads on top of each other, cut a paper in shape of a half heart and
cut out 4 heart halves from the breads. Butter the breads.
2. Place two breads on a plate, in the shape of a heart.
3. Mix the filling and spread 2/3 of it on the bread-heart. Add the rest of the
bread and spread the last of the filling. Make sure you spread the filling evenly
in the shape of a heart.
4. Decorate with sliced cucumber around the edges of the heart, then place shelled
shrimps along the line of cucumbers, maintain the heart shape in the decorating.
Make "roses" of slices of salmon and add them.
5. Place half slices of lemon in the middle of the tårta and stick twigs of dill
into the roses of salmon. Decorate the sides of the tårta with finely chopped
lettuce.
