Cheesetårta
10-12 servings
Ingredients:
4 pieces of prefab frozen "puff-pastry-dough".
Cheesecream:
150 gram blue cheese, 200 gram creamcheese,
½ dl cream, ½ tsp paprika powder
Garnish:
Radishes, celery, cheese (Port Salut, soft cheddar etc)
Instructions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 200 deg. Use buttered baking plate or
baking-papers
2. Make bottoms for the tarta of the frozen dough.
2 plates should be 25x25 cm. Bake in oven apprx 20 mins and
leave to chill.
3. Mix cheese, cream and paprika, whip the cream until smooth,
use a mixer if the cheese is lumpy.
4. Spread cheesecream between the bottoms and over the whole cake,
garnish with finely chopped radishes and celery.
5. Slice the cheddar/hardcheese very thin and make rolls,
place the rolls arount the tarta like the picture shows.
