FLYTARIUM is a one man pool with a hatch and a copola roof. The flotation medium is a skin-temperature solution of water and Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) where you float supine in darkness and silence which gives your brain and body complete relaxation and usually pain relief.

The Epsom salts are make your skin soft. The high amount of salt makes it easier for you to float than in the Dead Sea. The water is of skin-temperature which makes the border between skin and water seem to disappear - you feel suspended in space.

Your brain does not have to counter the gravity forces when you float. Since you float in total darkness and silence (after you have turned off the light and the music has stopped) your brain has no incoming data to compute - it gets a chance to relax and produce substances that your body needs to keep well, be relaxed, have an increased immune defence and strengthen your self-esteem.

Between two floaters the water is pumped through a water purification system consisting of micro filters and a UV-lamp where all bacteria is killed. The water is cleaner than tap water except for the 30% Epsom salts. All parts of the system are available all over Europe and are measured in the metric system. FLYTARIUM is CE-labeled.
