Hello everybody , i´ts been a while since the last update but we haven´t had so much to tell you about. Any way , at the 19th to the 20th of november we´re going down to Copenhagen to have a little christmas party together with our management + bands. At the 20th the doors are open for anyone who would like to be there , so come on and join us. November 22 , we´re doing a gig in Stockholm at Pub Anchor together with the Swedish band Mayadome. November 25 we are back in Copenhagen again , now at a rock club in Amager called Rock Amar. At this time we are joined by Danish Intromental band Manticora. | June 1999.Fifth Reason will play at the Örestads Festival outside of Copenhagen, Denmark.They will play Friday the 30:th of July , between 21.00 and 21.45. Other band´s playing this festival is: Memory Garden, The Quill, Manticora, Wuthering Heights, Pain Of Salvation, Behind The Curtain, Withering Surface + many more. The festival will take place during the whole weekend and you better be there to discover the new face of Fifth Reason. | ||

| April 1999.The work on the new album is ready. It´s entitled "Within Or Without" and it consist of eight song´s called Nightime Wishes, Within, River Of Lust, Day´s Undone, Whore, Only Angels Know, Mourning Glory and Neverland. It´s definitely the bands strongest work up to date and with a new line-up and a new album ready the band are ready to return to daylight. There are no date set for the release of "Within Or Without" due to the fact that Fifth Reason are currently searching for a bigger label, hopefully it will be released sometime during the fall of ´99. | ||

| Mars 1999.New line-up!!! Fredrik Hall has left the band due to lack of time. The decision was made within the band that it would be best to go separate way´s and Fredrik is now giving his other band Silver Dollar all of his attention. The guy stepping in is Marty Marteen known for his work in band´s like Hexenhaus & Memento Mori. The band has already done two shows with the new line-up, one at the Skärseld Festival outside of Stockholm and one at the Brutal Easter Festival in Copenhagen, Denmark. Everything was just great and everyone is thrilled over this new blood in the band. | ||

| Fifth Reason have fineshed the recordings of their new album after a month of intensive work , but the mixing procedure are delayed until mid april due to the reason that the producer Mike Wead is now involved in the recordings of the new album with his band MercyFul Fate.The sound of the new F.R Album is very fat and the band is very satisfied with the result. F.R are hopefully going to play some gigs in Sweden and Denmark in the near future dates will be announced as soon as confirmed. stay tune for more info later on. | ||

| The new Memory Garden album "Verdict Of Posterity" will be released on the 9:th of november in europe and on the 9:th of february - 1999 in the U. S.Check it out, it is total metal!!!! a european tour is also planned for early 1999. | ||

| The band has decided not to release a MCD, they want to put all their energy into a new fullenght album and is currantly rehearsing new songs for it. So far the band is very pleased with the result of the new songs, and if everything works out it will blow your speakers in June 1999. | ||

| Bassist Oskar Tillman has left the band due to the lack of time.He is involved in several other music projects (not any metal band) and he felt that he couldn't put as much time into the band he wanted to.The name of the new bassist is Fredrik Hall. Everything has worked out really well and Fredrik has foundhis place in the band. They have also done some gigs here in sweden and this new lineup seems to be a powerdul unit.*Fifth Reason has recently recorded three brand new songsand everyone is very satisfied whit the result.*There are plans of releasing a4 song mcd in januari 1999. The mcd will contain only new written material.The new fullenght album will hopefully be out sometime in the spring of 1999.*There is also plans for a four week tour in sweden in the beginning of 1999. The tour will contain 16 gigs from Kristiansstad in the south to örnsköldsvik in north.We will give you date and towns when anything is confirmed. | ||

| Simon Johannson's other band " Memory Garden " has signed with the American company " Metal Blade records".The new album " Verdict of Posterity " is recorded and ready and is planned to be released in Europe in October 1998 A date for the states is not yet decided.Hopefully Memory Garden will go on a support tour later this year. | ||

| Marco A. Nicosia is in a new band called " HemisFear " along with Mike Wead and Sharlee d'Angelo of " Mercyful Fate ".they have signed with Heathendoom music and the album will be out in the fall of 1998. | ||
