Maybe your browser can't handle Java. There is not much to do
about that. Or maybe Java is turned off in your browser. Then you
can turn it on again on some setup-page. But first ask the person
who switched it off. Some people are worried that their data can
be manipulated by harmful programs from the Internet, that is why
they sometimes swich off Java and ActiveX.
We have chosen Java because it is the most safe language.)
