Here you've got the chance to get to know the hardcore/metal rock band everybody in Sweden is talking about: Concrete Horse. When their first CD-single was released in the summer of '95 it immediately reached the number one position in the local recordstore of Åkersberga, a suburb of Stockholm (from where all five bandmembers originate). The band followed up this huge success with a couple of songs broadcasted as background music on TV4 (a Swedish television channel) and later on that winter their rockvideo "My Baby Ate Your Pitbull" could be seen on the show "Bubblare" on Z-TV (another Swedish television channel). Unfortunately the saga takes a sad turn. The band faced a crisis: where had the joy and pure happines of playing hard, heavy, brutal, and loud music gone. The success had made the bandmembers numb and insensitive, no longer capable of feeling warmth and love. In the beginning of 1996 Concrete Horse announced that they would withdraw from the rockscene and search for the essence in life. A couple of months later they're back claiming they have regained their faith in life. Rejoice people!
