MTK-VM were a merger (1975-92) between MTK Hungaria and VM-Egyertetes. 1983/84: Budapesti Honved had four points deducted. 1994/95: EDMSZ Soproni and Györ ETO each had three points deducted. 1995/96: Féhérvar'96 and Pecsi MSC each had three points deducted. 1999/2000: Siofoki Banyasz had three points deducted for failing to show up for a game. 1999/2000: Szegedi LC withdrew during the winterbreak and subsequently had all their record expunged. 2004/05: MTK one point deducted for failing to settle debt to former coach. FC Féhérvar three points deducted for failing to settle debts to four former players. 2004/05: Békéscaba had in all 15 points deducted for failing to settle debts to the federation. 2006/07: Újpest had three points deducted for racist behaviour on the part of their fans. 2007/08: FC Sopron withdrew at the winterbreak. Egri Dosza and Eger SE are by me considered as different teams. The latter are a merger of Eger Dosza, Egri Volan, Egri Vasas and Egri SE. SORTEX and Erzebet-Sóroksar are not the same team. The former were a merger of the latter and Sóroksar Textil.
