This will handle the technical function in a company´s production sector who is responsible for maintenance, projection and operation security.
That technical function are working in cooporating
with the central technical function whose tasks is described during
Technical / Economic planning and projection.
The technical branches involved in that function is Mechanics, Building
techniqe, Electro techniqe, Instrument-and Computer technique.
I would like to here touch the area Electro technique, Instrument-,
and Computer technique.
Organization
Electro technique, Instrument-, and Computer technique concerning planning, projection, purchasing, operating and maintenance activity are intimately associated with each others since the control systems and its functions are involved in each other as well in both hardware as in software.
Respective area need to organize the responsibility for the capacity in concordance and cooperation in that technique.
Since electro technique in security´s view is special and responds under electro laws and security instructions, it is important that electro technique has the overlapping responsibility in the control system functions to secure that laws and instructions are established.
Additinally the functions have to be secure not only in electro security´s view but also in person-, machinery-, process-, and environment view.
