Coordinated process-unit control

In a plant all process units must have comprehensive, coordinated process control.
Fundamental, overlapping planning for production, raw materials, and stop-time planning is critical for coordination.
Coordinated process control  influences all process units.
Even well-planned production-and stop-planning can be subject to corrections: e.g., unexpected incidents and disturbances.
Comprehensive, coordinated process control will include the following :

Control system close to the process normally supervise the entirety of respective processes.
