He also contributed to many other books, as well as wrote articles for magazines. He held courses in Fine Art in various schools and via correspondence. Gunnar Wefring painted portraits on commision, which today can be seen in several public places. Furthermore, the artist Edward Munch was in close contact with the Med.Dr. Karl Wilhelm Wefring.
