Big boys toys
There are lots of cars in Sweden, but not so many real cars. And with real cars I mean American -50's and -60's. Ever since I was a little kid I have been longing for a "real car". But I was about to be 25 years old until I bought my first "car". I had a motorcycle-period when I got my drivers-license, but after 7 years I finally got out of that and one day found myself with a -68 Firebird 400".

The Firebird was mine for 8 years. And when I sold it in 1997, I had a 2 year long flashback in my motorcycle career before I got to my senses and started looking for a "real car" again. In april -99 I was lucky enough to get my hands on one of the most beautyful muscle car there is, a Dodge Charger -68. A real Bullit-chaser. The trade was set up by a friend of mine, since the car were standing in the States and he had the right connections to get the shipment and customs right. It was no beauty, but the body were in good shape, so I thought it was a good deal anyway. It has been a lot of work (but I have no regrets). On the project page you can see what I mean.
