Hi there!
So youīre actually interested in little `ol me, huh? Thatīs great!
Ok, so what can I tell you about myself?
Well, Iīm 25 years old and I still get excited about christmas. My full name is Cecilia but I like to call myself C.C. It just sounds better in English, if you know what I mean. I live in a small town called Finspång in Sweden and itīs not all that. Itīs very nice here in the summer time but for the reast of the year itīs mostly kinda dull. I would really like to go somewhere else but you know how it is. You canīt just pack your bags and go. I know that some people could, but not me. Anyway, I live here with my fiancé, Kimmen and our two cats, Spike and Smulan (Scraps). Weīre an avarage family I guess, and thatīs just fine with me.
Iīm currently working in a convenient store not too far from my home called RIMI. Iīve been there for almost five years now. I donīt know how long Iīll stay there but itīs difficult to leave cause I love the people I work with so much! Iīm not really sure what I would like to do instead so until I do, I stay put...
In my sparetime I like to read, spend time with my friends, listen to music watch movies, chat, go to the gym and of course stare at my comouter screen! So as you can see, Iīm pretty much your avarage girl-next-door.

When I was a kid I wanted to be a writer. I wrote a lot of (bad!) stories and I event tried to be published (!) without success. Now a days I write some but not as much. I donīt know why, probably because I donīt have so much time on my hands anymore... Anyway, I like to read and I read almost anything except for Jackie Collins kind of books. Iīve never been much for romantic novels like Barbara Cartland either. Theyīre just too much, if you know what I mean!
Some of my favourite authors are Stephen King, Tolkien, David Eddings, Minette Walters, Agatha Christie and Jonas Gardell. Heīs a swedish author so if you havenīt heard of him, thereīs the answer! I am also very found of Astrid Lindgren`s childrens books. I wish that I could write stories like that! Theyīre filled with such warmth, humor and incredible characters.
Winnie the Pooh has been a favourite of mine since childhood. I love him! Thatīs why I`ve dedicated a special page for him and his friends on my turf.

I love to go to the movies or watch them at home on my vcr. It was very difficult for me to pick just a few of my favourites beacause there are so many. Ok, so they might not be the best productions of all times but theyīre my favourites so shut it! *smile* Check out my Movies page for more information.

Ever since an old boyfriend of mine took me for a ride on his dadīs Harley I knew that I was hooked. I realize with sadness that I probably never will own a bike of my own, but the dream is still there! Have you ever been on a Harley? I tell you itīs a great experience! I love the sound of the engine, the chrome that shines in the sun and of course everyone looks cool on a Harley. If any one of you`ve got a Harley to spare give it to me! I promise Iīll take good care of it. The bike that Arnold Schwarzenegger rides in T2 is kinda what I want my Harley to look like.

I got my first tattoo in March last year (1999). I was so nervous and the thaught of that needle going into my skin wasnīt very appealing! Me, my friend Jenny and her sister Tess went to a guy named Paddy. He owns a tattoo store in Norrköping called Ommadawn Tattoo. Heīs great with people and he managed to calm me down a little and when he started working on my right arm I was so surprised cause the feeling was so different from what I had pictured. It sort of bruns and itches more than it hurts.
I went back to Paddy in May 1999. This time I brought my brother. He got his first tattoo and I got my second. This time on my left overarm. It wasnīt any worse than the last time it only took a few minutes longer to do, that`s all. Itīs healing very well and itīs looking better for every day. It takes a while you know. You can find out more about tattoos and som photos on the Tattoos page.

When I was little I used to make my own plays and forced my friends to be in them. A few of the plays were ok (for kids!) but most of them stunk! *smile*
It wasnīt until I was 16 that I got involved in a local theatergroup called Folkanteatern. We were all amatuers at first but then a few of us went to acting schools and we got better and better. Unfortunately the group was scattered and it ended kinda abrupt a few years ago. I really miss everything! It was so much fun to rehears, perform, make costumes, learn about make-up, make plans for the next play... A few of us still get together occasionally and do ad-libs for fun. We really wanted to keep it going but it was impossible when the funding was withdrawn...ummm, nevermind! Itīs a long story so I wonīt bore you with it.
A few of the plays that I worked with were: Snowwhite, Winnie the Pooh and Pinocchio. We made a few adult plays as well but I donīt know the english title for them sorry...

I tried to convince my parents that I could keep a horse in their garage when I was 5 or 6. Strangely enough they didnīt agree with my plans... *smile* Luckily there were horses in our summercottage surroundings so I could go riding in the summer time. My horseobsession went away as I grew older and I wanted to get a pet. My brother and my father have allergies so I couldnīt get a dog or a cat so I got a hamster instead. It died and I bought a new one, it died and I got a new one, it died and I got a new one and so on for quite a few years. They donīt live very long, you know. Three years if youīre very lucky!
I often tried to reason with my mother that maybe we could try having a cat but she kept turning me down every time I asked. So I decided that when I moved away from home I would get my own pets and that cats would be perfect. So shortly after I moved away I got Spike and Smulan. I love them both to death and they really brighten up my day. Check them out at their own section. Some cool pics and info.

My favourite band of all times is Queensryche. I wonīt say anything more about them then that they rock for sure. Iīve dedicated a special page for them on my turf. Go there if you want to know more about them...
Some of my other favourites are Prodigy, Madonna, Alanis Morisette, REM, Aerosmith, The Goo Goo Dolls, Rage Against The Machine and U2.
I listen to almost everything. It really depends on my mood. If Iīm tired or feeling a little bit blue I listen to soft music or classical music. When Iīm in a good mood I listen to happy tunes, rock or techno. When Iīm really angry I scream and rebel so I donīt need to listen to any music. Iīm too loud to be able to hear it anyway! *smile*

Well, thatīs all for now folks. Keep on cruising through my turf. Iīm sure that youīll find something that you like!
Sincerly
C.C.
