Fria Moderata Studentföreningen (FMS) Freja is the political
student society for all right-wing people at Mälardalens
Högskola and is an organisation which promote a society
with individual liberty, low taxes and a free market economy.
The society is not part of any political party, but is a member
of Fria Moderata Studentförbundet (FMSF).
FMS Freja is a forum for debate and exchange of beliefs
and thoughts. Here the arguments are more important than
the views, the discussions are more important than the decisions
and the intellectual exchange are more important than the
tactics.
Fria Moderata Studentförbundet has around
4 000 members and is the largest independent student organisation
in Scandinavia. FMSF have local branches at most universities
and most university colleges in the country. FMSF also takes
part in international activities in the co-operation organisation
for European centre-right student organisations European
Democrat Students. FMSF paper is named Svensk Linje.
